I believe there are always choices though sometimes the right one may be the hardest to choose.
I also believe that everything in our past shapes us to the person we are today. I believe we should never forget that. Sometimes we can move on but sometimes things in the past have to be dealt with so that your future can continue in peace.
Stay strong and you'll recognise the right decisions when they are put in front of you.

I have a simple attitude towards things like this:
Fuck it
Brush it off. Don't dwell, make your own life as you see fit.
If anyone says anything about you that winds you up then fuck em. They're not worth knowing.

It's never nice to have to change back to the person you were before, usually it's to help someone else, my advice would be stay away from the people who keep bringing back the old you if you can

There is no point going there really.
Dwelling and becoming bitter if its that bad, can change you as a person, unable to move on.
And often the future then can suffer the concequences.
