Yes, but they are all for different things. For instance L-Arginine is fr erectile dysfunction where as L-Tryptophane is for sleep disorders.
If you take them both together you might find its 'hard to go to sleep'! |

If you take them both together you might find its 'hard to go to sleep'!" Yes you would have problems getting so sleep, so better take them as you wake up toghether lol. The L's to sum it up are amino acids. |

I doubt a doctor would ever call essential amino acids vitamins - they are something quite different, you should clarify. The 'L' is just the form of amino acid, it sounds like there are some wires crossed. They occur together naturally esp. in protein foods. |

Most people dont need supplements if they have a balanced diet. Research the foods that contain the amino that you need. If youre deficient, then Id also expect a doctor to prescribe a dose. But guessing op has not had any tests done, it was more of a chat with GP. |

They haven't invented yet a test for this. Its very unpredictable when it comes to the surface. I can feel it though. |
