Seem im finding it hard to get to sleep ,,, but when i do im up at stupid times in the mornings ,,,,, any suggestions

Sleep rollover....just miss an entire nights sleep and get a good nights sleep the night after....works for me sometimes if I get that way.....

I suffer from really bad insomnia (getting about 2/3 hours a night). The worst thing you can do is just lie there worrying about getting to sleep. Get up and read or have a brew and try again in an hr or so. Sorry if this doesn't help much. sez xx

My sleep specialist claims there are breathing exercises I should be doing to improve my bad sleep patterns, as soon as I learn them, I'll pass them on to you. I usually read though, Ive long since given up counting and all that lol reading usually does it for me, or Benadryl allergy meds if I'm lucky.

silly as it sounds, have you tried masterbating to completion?

it relaxes you once you have come off, as it were, even if you have to go a few times before your satisfied.

i am similar to yourself, although i tend not to have a problem getting to sleep, i rarely sleep longer than 4/5 hours

I have try it all ,,, read a book ,turn the tv of and relax,,, listening to music still nothing

I can only empathise x same prob n I wake up throughout the night x

Sleeping tabs dontwork x cos I feel zombied x

avoid blue light for 90mins before bed ... It supresses the sleep hormone.

Blue light is tablet, phones, pc screens and some tv.

So, no iPad, iPhone, droid phone, iPod touch, laptop, etc ... It will take 2 days to change your sleep chemistry but then you'll sleep fine.

As mentioned above Yoga helped me.

If you can't get to a yoga class, google yoga breathing and practice that.

Breathing through your stomach rather than your lungs. That always sends me off. Sometimes even in yoga class

But then again maybe that's impossible(finding a nice man) but there are some good natural herbal remedies that work quite well
