But the use of the word 'are' implies it's a question?

Putting the 'cum' in Eboracum

I lived there for a few years and thought most people were lovely. Shame the city itself is such a dump.

If we are going to dissect the OP, he may not even be derogatory, as he posts 'up tight' not 'uptight'. So he may just be asking if people in Leicester are elevated and snug.

Apparently the only way they could get Richard III to stay there was to kill him first.

Careful Tina, I'm from York. Us and Leicester are having a bit of a spat about him at the mo.

Yes, but the winner also gets his unpaid parking fines, which are a bit steep, I gather. He had the hump about it himself.

You can have him. Huge waste of time and money imo and now there's even less parking in the God forsaken shit hole of a city centre!

Funnily enough we don't want him. Its just some 'relatives' who think they will get more money by displaying his corpse at the Minter who are causing hassle. The rest of us couldn't give a shit. Its not like we're short on tourist attractions up here.

I have a huge rod up my arse when it comes to disturbing people's final resting place for the sake of science. What benefit did serve? All they're really been able to tell us is that he had scoliosis and was dead! Put the poor sod back under a car park and spend the money on healthcare or proper education.

Yes, it's official. There was a programme on the telly on it, where this lass made a bit of a wally of herself.
