Has anyone been to a "fake festival"? There's one near me this year with OASISH , FOUR FIGHTERS and ANTARCTIC MONKEYS.

Just wondering if it's worth the £15?

Titz Towers, North Notts

Some tribute bands are very good. I've got a party up to see the ELO Experience who I've heard a lot of good things of.

I know some musicians think that they are destroyingthe live circuit for new acts. Promoters often book a safe bet tribute act in preference to a lesser known act.

Having said that the tribute acts have their place .

I've seen some brilliant tribute acts over the years - Bootleg Beatles, Counterfeit Stones, T-Rextacy. Almost better than the real thing because you can get so close

Sounds like it would cost as much to get there if you like tribute bands then why not its not a huge amount.

Ok, I will do....it shares a lineup with glastonbudget which is how I thought it was that....

Some of those tributes are pretty good like....probably worth the fifteen quid I'd say

The four fighters are brillant tribute band seen them several times when they come to a rock club near us. They always sound like the real thing and are really great guys especially the lead singer always friendly
