trying to update some stuff on I Tunes and it seems one of the grandkids have used their account on it when they last visited, so cant log in on our account as it keeps coming up with grandkids username to log in and she cant remember her password.
how the hell do we delete her from our I pad/I tunes so we can log in with our account?? |

If it's a Mac you can try going into your keychain access utility and deleting saved logins. Worst case scenario, copy the iTunes folder onto an external hard drive, uninstall, reinstall and then re-import the files. If you've bought them on iTunes it should prompt you to re-download them when you log in with your account. |
