Why worry?

If it's cut you can't change it, (except maybe knit it a jumper or something).

If it's uncut are you really going to have surgery according to the proclaimed preferences of a few strangers on the Internet?

It is great to have variety. Both work, except foreskins that dont retract fully, as a personal preference.
