"I would think I've probably dodged a bullet if a woman turned me down based upon my footwear. "
I don't care what he's wearing. If I like him he can take his shoes off. |

Call it intuition of you like,,,, but I kinda get the feeling some women are put off by the sort of shoes I wear.....
But then again.... some women seem very attracted by them,,,,,, but I strongly suspect many of those women are only harbouring thoughts about stealing my shoes.... |

The last time I saw my brother He was in an ill fitting suit and shoes that looked like those awful things you get in sports direct. He looked like a chav going to court. I'd like to say I wasn't bothered but in all honesty I was, very much so...

"It's not due to the cost... Asda and Primark have some nice shoes... It's style and that they are clean.
I don't want to be put off I just can't help it!"
it's not about expensive clothes. It's about looking like you've considered what you are wearing |

Indeed, Asda, Primark and the likes all sell affordable shoes. Up to a size 11 or 12 if you're lucky. I'm a size 14, finding anything that fits my feet is a nightmare especially if, like me, you only wear them occasionally so don't want to spend a lot. |

Fuck me, really?? You'd be put off by a guy's shoes??
Sure, if he's in a polo shirt, jeans and Coco the clown boots with a red bobble but how can someone be put off by shoes? So the words coming out if his mouth are falling on deaf ears? The mind boggles. |

Compatibility, humility, a good heart and great sex are minor compared to shoes I appreciate so why let trifling things like that get between me and a great meet........with a pair of shoes.

Perhaps it is an animal instinct. Boy birds have colourful feathers to impress the girl birds. Humans dream of getting naked in nice ways with other humans, but without feathers, how do you choose your human? Maybe men see through clothes and dwell on the nakedness beneath. Maybe women see clothes and shoes as well plumed feathers, and pin ideas about the man beneath his clothes based on the choices he has made... Or maybe women are obsessed with shoes, period! |

I'm a woman. I would not filter based on clothes. Although I might notice nice looking clothes it would never sway my decision.
A guy in nice shoes can still be a cunt, a guy in shoes that aren't might be the best meet you'll never have.

Have got to say, a nice pair of shoes (man or woman) indicates to me someone who has taken the time to look presentable. This also indicates that they take their time to be presentable in other thing's.
P.s. Keep yer mitts off mine. |

Did he morph into a lesser human being during the time he was wearing said chav attire? |

Generally I'm in a pair of work boots, I rarely get chance to be in the civi shoes.
Are work boots enough to put you off?! |

I've only ever worn one style of shoe...well, boot for the last ten years.
Magnum hight top boots, as worn by police etc...I have a pair for knocking about in and a smart pair.
Quite litterally I've never owned anything else in ten years just because of the sheer comfort and versatility of the things...I feel terrible in anything below the ankle now, so uncomfortable and unsupported it feels |
