He goes to bed proper early.
When I go round I'll be sat downstairs and he'll start shouting and shit.

I say all sorts of crap in my sleep & regularly wake myself up doing it .. Also have a walk around the house :/ I've woken up downstairs or in a different bedroom on many occasions. When I bought my house my dad popped over with two chain locks and a key lock for my front door so I can't let myself outside at night.... Freak!.  |

if in my own house i can do stairs whilst asleep ..the problem occurs if i aint in my own house ..i assume the layout of my house and have been known to go crashing down many staircases thinking i was in a flat ...ive never woken up though and some of falls have been horrendous ! |

i used to sleep walk all the time. .once fell asleep after dinner and was videod with an Argos book in hand convinced i was the rent man,then when family laughed and refused to pay their outstanding rent i broke down in tears and walked up to bed in the huff . . .without the fucking outstanding rent arrears . . .or as they like to call it rant arrears . . .cunts . . . cheeky debt ridden cunts |

I sleep walk, the last time (i know of) i got out of bed and walked out my hotel room bollock naked, the door shut and locked behind me. Ha What a weirdo! I |

I once had a woman round who sleepwalked that or she was trying to do a runner! 
The stairs thing though is fascinating it must be some recoil memory thing. Dangerous though by the sounds of it at times. |

I am usually to busy snoring to talk!
My son talks in his sleep and sits up but luckily he doesn't walk . He argues with his brother , makes orders for dinner , and im sure he has spoken a foreign language . |

the stairs aint that dangerous ...and ive fell down many and never once woken up ...you are in 'rag doll' mode whilst asleep ...if it occurred whilst awake you would brace yourself for the fall ...thats why you never injure yourself ....i could be james bond in my sleep some of the falls ive done !! |

ive done that ....thought i was going to the loo in a hotel room ...i opened the wrong door ..door to the corridor and it was a slam shut door ...locked out ! |
