Where is the best place to go in the West Midlands to get a tattoo done in terms of quality of work?

Go off word of mouth any decent artist will have a waiting list I've just had my forearm done and waited four months!!

Always ask to see pictures of work they have done and I agree a waiting list always shows how good they are
