just been on the ITV news about estate agents who are charging the seller as per usual, but are now charging the buyer a "finders fee" too
in the example given on the news, the sellers charge on a £200.000 house is £180, and the buyers fee is 2% of the purchase price.... around £4800
allegedly, this is already common practice in 35% of house sales in the south east |

Property is a mug off.
Looking at property as a rev stream to my mind is pointless.
Everyone wants a piece of the action, the piece you get left with the Tax man wants...I expect.

You just negotiate the price accordingly as long as you know upfront. |
