The BBC has just reported that Sir Bobby Charlton has guaranteed that Man Utd will finish above rivals Man City next season.

How could possibly do that ?

Penalise City by twenty points for failing FFP ?

Make all City players play in bare feet, or that they can only field 9 players at a time ?
