I've just come home to a letter from a credit agency chasing me for money for an unpaid TalkTalk bill. I haven't had an account with them for 4 years and was fully paid up when I left them. I spoke to the credit agency who said to talk to TalkTalk. They reckon its for an account that I had last year, but wont tell me the address and reckon they cannot provide a copy bill to cross check.
Anyone else had a problem like this? If so how did you get it resolved? Its only £50, but I dont want to pay for something I never had! |

Dont ring, write to Talk Talk and ask for all relevant documentation, including contract. Politely remind them you will need these in the event it goes to Court.

Talk talk.....aka the fucktards that is AOL. Had same thing. Got CEO email from Google and threatened to bill them with a list of charges for every minute of my time spent dealing with this. Got an apology and case closed. This was after weeks of fruitless phonecalls to Mumbai etc. Go straight to the organgrinder forget the monkeys. |
