How his brief can bring themselves to use consent as a defence to rape with a minor makes me despair for the state of the bar in this country, they are a disgrace |

Sorry meant to add a lot more, just so incensed. The alleged fact that the children returned to his dressing room several times to be plied with alcohol and cigarettes is to imply their consent to have a rank old middle aged man force his penis into them is deplorable......am incandescent |

because in English law everyone has the right to representation .... i work for many solicitors. all they do is defend as per instructions. barristers are the same |
