And their is an article about a women setting up a fake profile account on a sex site as someone else and trying to arrange a rape scenario where the man knocks on the door just pushes her in and rapes her.
What should the punishment be for this horrible individual I think a minimum of ten years |

I am sure that there is room there for a "conspiracy" offence. Certainly, if the other person was put in fear, then this would count as assault. Assault does not require actual physical harm, just the fear of it. |

Minimum of what a rapist would get plus 5 years for the malicious element and listed on the sex offenders list. |

I feel for the poor bloke who gets roped into it thinking its a genuine person with.a fantasy.
As for what they should get? At least what a rapist would get! |
