When kissing a woman, is there a way to stop stubble causing her lips (mouth) from going red???
I always shave before a meet and the redness is soon evident.
Any tips appreciated |

Use a new/sharp blade razor, shaving soap and brush. Work up a good lather with the soap and brush, wet face with warm water and then coat the stubble sparingly with the soapy brush - getting to much foam on the face just clogs the razor and it doesn't shave as well.
Go with the grain, lightly shave the beard, minimal pressure applied to the skin; after every stroke, wash the razor head. Once shaven, wash the face in warm water and repeat the process. The aim is beard reduction - pressing hard just makes for razor burn and a poor shave. Typically doing the process twice gives a good shave.
That's how I do it, anyways ![](/icons/s/biggrin.gif) |

I find shaving with the grain i.e going from top to botom does not work for me, so what I do it go with the grain to get rid of the rought then go again against the grain, silky smooth and the wife loves it

pre-Hot flannel to face
sensitive cream not gel
Decent razor or cut throat
ice-cold flannel to face after shave
My friends a barber and this is his method. I haven't wet shaved in years but when he did mine, it was amazingly soft |
