We all know hero's guilty. The trial is to decide what he is guilty of, murder or manslaughter.

Unless he admits it you will never know if it was murder or an accident i find the coverage of the trial by sky news distasteful and i only hope that we never go down that route

Well he pulled the trigger... several times we believe! So he's guilty of that atleast

I think guilty!! I think they had a fight she ran off he saw red and shot the gun but mayb didn't realise the bullets would go through the door. But I do believe he regrets it and is sorry

Likely verdict manslaughter with minimal custodial sentence IMO.

well he definitely fired the gun, whether he meant to or not only he knows. either way though the end result is the same ~ an innocent life ended.

He did mean to fire it, he did shoot to kill, the question being asked is did he know it was reeva or not?

"He did mean to fire it, he did shoot to kill, the question being asked is did he know it was reeva or not?"

exactly he as admitted pulling the trigger however we may never find the truth as only two people know what happened that night and one of them is dead

I abhor the trial coverage, like others. I'm tempted to believe that a man who has achieved what he has would be sufficiently aware of what he was doing, and the consequences, in order to not actually go through with a premeditated murder of his girlfriend.

Ive watched most of the little clips of it and I believe his version of events. He killed her by mistaking her for an intruder.

I think he is a very mixed up man and was before this and just lost it that night . A little mad maybe ... ? I don't know what to think of him .

Ive watched a bit of it and I think hes crying and over emotional because he feels sorry for himself and no one else,my thoughts were completely different at the start though

Ive followed it closely, guilty..too many inconsistencies in his recall of events...

"Guilty or Not Guilty "

Of course he's flippin guilty. He's openly admitted taking an innocent persons life. The only question that remains should be how long should he serve in jail!!!

Oh and by the way in just played the new edition of Paralympic cleudo. Turns out it was oscar pistorious in the bathroom with the revolver.

How can you be in bed with someone, hear what you THINK is an intruder, go to the bathroom with a gun and fire off shots?

The first thing i would do is shake my partner awake and say 'Hey, I heard a noise' not go for my gun! Where did he think she WAS?

I think he knew it was her in the toilet, but he was stupidly trying to shoot the lock off the door.

Co. Down

The first thing I would do if I heard noises in the house at night would be to wake the wife and tell her to go and see what was happening ergo GUILTY
