... on another site JN and I used briefly, they operated a SHOUT system.
A user could issue a 'shout' with whatever detail they saw fit (within site guidelines) and the message would automatically be sent out to hundreds of other members that 'might be interested'
Just imagine how many random shots across the bows you'd get if that approach were to be adopted here !
