Ladies might not be for you this one but you will never know lol.
Guys.....anyone recommend some good beard products. Read about various oils etc that keep the old bush well maintained but some seem hugely expensive. Wanted some advice before taking the plunge. |

"Olive oil.
dont allow bluto to hear any of your secrets he will use it against you. . . and i recommend chestnut oil "
apparently chestnut oil is also good for repelling spiders.
no idea if anyone has a spider problem with their beards, then this is the suggestion lol |

Rosemary, Sandalwood and Cypress are all good essential oils to blend with a base oil like olive or argan oil. To blend at 2 1/2 % put 5 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of base oil |

Using normal shampoo on a beard is bad as the chemicals strip natural oils out of your beard and can make it crusty and a bit dandruffy.
Try and use a shampoo that's free from parabens, or a specialist beard shampoo (I use Cowboy Comb Spearmint conditioning beard soap)
Using a beard oil afterward helps nourish the beard, keeps it soft and makes it smell nicer. I'm using vanilla and mango beard oil at the moment.
There are tons of products out there at the moment, but to be honest they're pretty overpriced. It's dead easy (and loads cheaper) to make your own - just google it.
Get the impression most lasses on here prefer their men clean shaven, but one of my favourite quotes:
"A man who shaves his beard for a woman deserves neither" |
