It's not illegal to buy or sell sex yet. It isn't permitted to use social housing for the sale of sex. A lot of people work from home.
What exactly would you being reporting them for? HMRC for tax evasion - you'd have to know they aren't declaring their income.

"Report them to who ?
would YOU like to live next door to them police I suppose "
If they were doing me no harm then I would leave them alone.
Then again when my mate lived next door to me he did suggest that I should get a turnstyle fitted |

I used to meet at home. I work from home. It would be easy for someone to ASSUME I was selling sex. As it's not illegal to sell sex (you can't solicit or pimp) then the question is are you unhappy about people having sex in their homes?

Do you think your neighbours should report you for having different guys round regardless of whether there is payment or not. As far as I can see they can only be done for tax evasion and that's if you know there not declaring their earnings

Even then it's classed as a brothel, that's the only crime, not the selling of sex
Anyway it's one of the oldest professions around, don't see why it's never been truly legalised, I know a few working girls who use this site for personal use too

"No I wouldnt bother unless it became a nuisance to me, men turning up all the time, making noise, that kind of thing.
Then the complaint would be about noise nuisance.

I am astonished that swingers could even consider this..Does this 'dillema' have its roots in jealousy/envy?
Sometimes,i may have 4/5 visitors within an hour, some only lasting 2 mins, this doesn't make me a whore &what has it got to do with 'er next door anyway.. |

If she is the only person in the house the police can do little legally however there is a case potentially for reporting to the taxman or for that matter the council if the property is deemed residential use only. |

The relationship with your neighbours is more important than any browny points you might think you'd earn from reporting them somewhere.
If you get on well, why on earth would you want to report someone? We all need to earn a living and, as far as I'm concerned, prostitution is as valid a career as any other.
Thank God that the government hasn't yet made prostitution illegal. The stupid law, preventing 2 or more prostitutes working at the same premises needs canceling, as this helps afford some protection for the workers. You'd imagine the murders and horrific crimes against single working girls had never happened.
