Somebody has to seriously fuck me off for me to use it.
Although I just blocked one that messaged me within 10 minutes of joining and is asking for personal info on "her" profile that just screams fake. |

I didn't know there was a Mechano. I had to look it up:
Mechano growth factor (MGF) is a variation of muscle insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) triggered by rigorous exercise and muscle damage. Structurally different than other growth factors such as IGF-1 that is synthesized by the liver, MGF enters muscle fibers to repair skeletal muscle tissue and prevent damaged cells from dying off. It adds stem cells into the muscle and is triggered by a pulse of stimulation after muscle tissues undergo significant mechanical stress. Genes for MGF are transcribed to a lesser degree as people age, which is why muscle mass decreases in the elderly, and certain diseases also interfere with the production of it. Supplements do not work as well for older people either because of the decrease in response to mechano growth factor. |

Yes, just looked and it's Meccano.
My nephew has some but is too young for it so I got given it and tasked with building what he wanted to play with.
I actually really enjoyed it. |

This is the reason I block too. I rarely use the feature but if someone is abusive then see ya. I had to block someone today after politely declining his advances... Some just dont like the word no. Usually I go by instinct and it rarely lets me down |

Thats good lol and yes my day was fine to, was sleeping in to 12 noon then been munching on haribos, bank holiday been pretty lazy day lol. |

I got blocked by a woman/couple,
When i first came on fab i used to go in the northern room and chat, I changed rooms and went on cam i got a little carried away then went back _iewing in the northern room,
It didn't go down well and i very really go in there now,
Haven't got anyone blocked
