Well. Whilst in the throws of passion with my partner, Ruby, suddenly shouts out call me Daphne, call me Daphne. For a few mad moments I thought she'd arranged a FFM for my birthday that I'd somehow forgotten about but no it turns out that Ruby's nickname is Daphne after the character in Scooby Doo. Apparently from days gone by she was so often seen wearing outfits in her favourite colour of purple that her vanilla friends nicknamed her Daphne.
So how did you get your nickname and feel free to reveal it if you so wish.
PS. How I found out Ruby's nickname was much more mundane than that described above, but the story sounds better this way. The nickname though is actually true.

A met a woman who said i look like a Bradley 
And she still calls me by that name when i bump into her,
Other then that people just use my surname so am still open for a new one.

Curly wurly nanny cos she had curly hair.
Bossy nanny cos she is bossy.

I had 2 nan's too,nanny chicken soup was my great nan but we just called her nanny.
