Many people including myself have a penchant for this simple delicacy....I try not to eat too much of it, but really do enjoy some fresh stuff with just butter and a cuppa.
So many different types out there, I tend to make my own when I can.
What's your favourite?

I love bread sooo much, but I'm doing Slimming World so it's limited at the moment. I used to work in a bread shop and their tea cakes were to die for when just baked and warm. |

As you are from Yorkshire, can you explain what teacakes are..I have this lost in translation with my OH. They are indeed rolls. |

"I bought some beetroot and apple not so long ago which was gorgeous but my favourite is date and walnut bread from Morrison. Ooooh I bet the Beetroot one is nice with Cheese."
It was lovely with butter and I tried Philadelphia with it too. Gorgeous. |

Sundried tomato or a crusty Cobb loaf.
Bread to dunk in the gravy when you have a casserole or similar is bloody lovely ! How can something that tastes so good be so bad for you??? |

I love the breads they make in Europe. I can spend ages pointing and cooing b4 I make my mind up.
We are off to Sitges next month and can't wait to get up in a mornings, go get some fresh breads and pastries and then take breakfast on the balcony. Marvellous. |

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound |
Just back from a Mayfest Ploughmans selling bread, cheese and pickles.
Somehow I have returned with a crusty loaf of bread called Ancient. Delicious, crusty with a open texture and very chewy. Cheese straws and pickled carrots too.
