Honestly say we eat extremely healthy meals, very low fat, low carbs, low sugar. Really love kale, beetroot etc...

But do enjoy the odd blowout, usually Penn state bbq pretzels. Mmmm

Best not mention the crumpet bread with lashings of butter then.

We have delicious, nutritious meals and then I have chocolate and cakes.

Lol not just pretzels jools opts for chocolate usually snickers duo. Never eat cake unless it's cheesecake but that's a rare treat.

It's also jools kryptonite, her weakness

Can't remember last time we had chips or pizza.

unfortunately my diet is largely dictated by the limited approved foods list of a five year old with autism. so mostly it's processed and tastes like cardboard. I'm trying to broaden the choices but it's slow going

I go to Weigh Watchers so I try to eat a healthy diet. I've been eating too much bread recently though so need to cut that out again and only have it as a treat once a week - after getting weighed

I would say I eat a reasonably healthy diet, my cholesterol level is normal, and have no major health problems, I could do with doing a bit more exercise, oh, and I drink loads of water.

P.O. Box DE1 0NQ

I cook most of ma own food and freeze portions so at least I know what's in it. I use Hovis Best of Both for ma sarnies to take to work, usually sardines or tuna, also a yoghurt and an apple/pear. I don't use sugar in ma tea or coffee.

Usually have a fry up or a take away once a week. Only have salt on chips which is a rare occurrence (prefer home made wedges).

On the minus side I always have blue top milk and can eat biscuits for England
