Too much, too young (?)

This posting will probably generate a lot of negative response, but I have to say I'm just a bit - well, perturbed? - by the young ages of some of this site's users. I've just read a listing by a young woman saying that she'd "just turned 18" and was looking for men to shag her. Now, I know I'm an old crumbly and a sad old fart and all those other things, but when I was 18 I was a 6th Former at Grammar School and thinking myself lucky to get a kiss and a bit of a grope with a girl from the Girls' Grammar up the road. I cannot possibly imagine any of those girls being like that. How things have changed! But somehow I can't help wondering if it's all a bit - well, sad? As Jerry Dammers of the Specials sang, "Too Much, Too Young!".  |

I personally never go that young, 18 is just waaaaaay too young for me.
I'm 29 and the youngest I'd go is 25. I have gone younger a couple of times but that was going some.
25 generally is the youngest I would go.  |

Considering that the percentage of eighteen year olds on this site that are real is probably less than 1% of the number of profiles that claim to be eighteen, it's not worth worrying about really. |

First off, jerry Dammers did not sing too much too young, it was terry Hall backed by Lynval Golding and Neville Staples.
Secondly, there is nothing stating it is compulsory that you have to shag 18 yr olds. Set your filters higher.
There will still be plenty of wet behind the ears teenagers like there always was. Same as there was sexually active 15 year olds back then too. The only difference now is that the internet means that knowledge is more available. |

Sadly, I think I must have gone to the same school. Mind you, it has left me with a lasting fondness for Catholic girls.  |

For me there has to be some form of mental connection, and anyone in there 20's (however attractive etc) would not have that with me. I just wouldn't know what was number one in the download chart 
So 30's upwards is good for me... |

i dont think 18 year old women looking for nsa sex is 'sad' at all ..same as i dont think 18 year old men looking for it is either ...the fact that you chose not to do it whilst at your grammar school really doesnt change that but dont be disillusioned to think it wasnt going on ...oh yes ..even in the 50's !!!!  |

Having done a quick search using the 18-19 age I only I can whole heartedly agree with this comment. Profiles read like a classic pic collecters template. No veris etc... The genuine 1% however............Down boy!!!!! |

I think this illustrates what I'm talking about - I didn't "choose not to have sex" - it just wasn't available! All the research shows that age at first sexual encounter has dropped considerably over the last 30 years or so - yes it was going on in the 1950's , but not to anywhere like the same extent as now. |

Thats because the internet, mobile phones and social media did not exist in the 1950's. Its much easier now for people to communicate, or find like minded people much easier than it used to be years ago. |

Times change and with them what is sexually acceptable changes too. I'm pleased to say that the enjoyment of sex and experimentation is no longer the sole preserve of men and although there are still people who think that nice girls don't they are fewer than they used to be. I think it's great if young women feel they can experiment safely, consensually and sanely but if there's a whiff of coercion or manipulation that's plain wrong. |
