I'm guessing you mean you haven't got a WiFi router for your laptop to receive the internet?
Just plug the cable you have plugged into your pc into your laptop and configur it to your home network and you can at least play with the laptop until you work out the WiFi settings
But look up WiFi routers and how to set them up on Google and you'll understand what I'm on about

On the basis of this ere thread I am going to update my phone in a bit...haven't done it for over 2 years for fear of losing music n contacts etc

Used to use a vodafone dongle, before i got my BT internet set up at home. It was pretty good signal with good download speed and i think it was only 3G then?
Now they have 4G i imagine its even faster? |

No need to buy a 3g dongle yay
If i run out of data it will be cheaper to bung a few extra quid to Tesco (im on a fixed deal 1gb data)

4G is 6 times faster than BT broadband here. We no longer have a landline |
