not long, 2-3 mins each side

lovely with fried black pudding or chorizo mmmmmm

They are quite sweet and delicate

Fresh chilli & a squeeze of lime

As for sides, twice fried chips and a dollop of mayo

Not posh but yummy

I have a friend who didn't know about the shellfish variety

Went on a date and made a dick of herself in a restaurant by saying 'robbing bastards. £15 for scallops, they're only 35p each at my local chippy'

Sounds yum, am thinking pea puree with crispy pancetta for a bit of texture, but chilli and lime sounds delicious.
