Why not:
1. Take a bottle of baby oil.
2. Open freezer door.
3. Put said bottle in freezer.
4. Close freezer door.
5. Leave a couple of hours.
6. Remove bottle from freezer.
7. Check if frozen. |

Most baby oil will begin to freeze at minus 10 C however as the actually make up of baby oil varies from manufacturer to manufacturer 10 be sure it frezzes you would need -15 c which is beyond most domestic refrigeration |

Mineral oil doesn't freeze until around -30C if I remember correctly so to freeze baby oil completely may well require a temperature below -15C |

1) Use Liquid Nitrogen
2) Use alcohol cooled by Dry Ice as a substitute for Nitrogen
3) Use Dry Ice
You'll need to achieve a temperature of between -15 and -30 degrees centigrade for the baby/mineral oil to freeze. However, at these temperatures it will burn skin and so I really wouldn't apply to skin at all, plus you have to very careful what you freeze it in as a lot of household plastics will become brittle and shatter at these temperatures.
