I used one a couple of times last year and thinking of going 2/3 times this year before our holiday.
Do you think infrequent use like this is okay/safe ? |

Sunbeds are as safe as you make them
The intensity is regulated and you further self regulate by the exposure you subject yourself to
Every year around April the press embark upon a sunbed hate campaign
What they never report on is the good it can do with certain ailments such as SAD and pserisis (spelt wrong) with the increased vitamin D exposure
Be sensible with it ( 3 times a week ) is good and build up the exposure time each visit over 2 weeks
Most important thing to do is moisturise DAILY either with a salon product or something from the supermarket |

I always hire one just before a holiday to get a base tan so I don't burn whilst away. Its advised to wait 48 hours between sessions. Well that's what I read on the internet.....
Its like everything these days. There's always that risk and its up to the individual if they want to take them.

I used to go on a sunbed 3 or more times a week when I was younger. I loved having a bit of colour on my pasty white skin. Nowadays I can't even find a sunbed shop so I use tinted moisturiser  |
