Here occasionally, but mostly somewhere else |
I recall a James Bond double bill in the mid 70s - neither film was current, it was just a way to keep kids quiet for an afternoon.
I know I saw Flash Gordon at the cinema, and a Disney thing called Pete's Dragon.
There was a Michael Crawford thing about a cartoonist who became a superhero, not sure when that was.
But the most bizarre was the Village People's film. It was my younger brother's birthday, I was about 10/11 I think, and someone, presumably my mother , had selected this film.
I recall being very confused when she announced we were leaving after about 15 minutes. I dread to think what she saw to make her react like that! |

I can remember when i was in my teens i tried to get into a porn cinema in Glasgow.
I thought the normal attire was a long overcoat. Didn't realise i needed ID as well
And TBH i can't remember the first film i seen in the cinema but the last i seen was Phantom of the Opera which surprisingly i enjoyed, so much so i bought the DVD. |

"Mine was spiderman, think I was about 5, my mum took me and I had my first hot dog!"
Did you have onions on your hot dog?
I like onions on mine with mustard. |

Probably just ketchup at the time.
Now I prefer them with cheese, fried onion and chili sauce |
