Coz I went to Catering College and nipped to Borough Market this morning with a small mortgage it will be:
Tian of Monkfish with Prosciutto, Crushed jersey royal new potatoes, balsamic glaze, medley of spring veg and a pea and mint foam.
Accompanied by Chassagne Montrachet, Bouchard Per et fils 1999.
Lemon possett. Late Harvest Noble Semillon 2006.
Nah: prob a pot noodle or summat from't freezer and a bottle of plonk that's in the wine rack in the garage. |
