Choose you peanut butter wisely! Most have added PUFA's or sugar, both totally unnecessary and incredibly unhealthy.
For the best nut butters, bung a handful in a blender and keep wizzing until it turns to gorgeous loveliness. |

Oh wow a jar a day ? A jar has almost 5000 calories and is 17% sodium ! It will catch up with you ! Lol x

I make peanut butter toasties on the George Foreman. Used to have those as a kid with the toasted sandwich maker. Great comfort food and actually really good for you! |
