Just tried to call Talktalk and all I want to do is pay up and cancel my mobile contract.
10 mins later, they are still asking about my landline and internet... which I cancelled 8 months ago... I hung up in disgust |

And what about the keypad driven menus, doesnt it piss you off after press 1 for this department press 2 for this department and then after 20 mins and 20 different selections you get the sorry you have to email us with that querie goodbye! aaaarrggghhhh |

There's a website that gives you the numbers to press. It's called "Please Press 1".... google it :p |
