We will be looking for one SPECIFIC situation, evidenced either through work/education or personal experiences using the STAR technique.
Situation (10%) – Tell the interviewer what the situation was
Task (10%) – Tell the interviewer what you had to achieve in the situation
Action (70%) – Most Important – Tell the interviewer what you did in the situation and how you did it?
Results (10%) – Finally tell the interview what was the outcome of the situation" |
