Yes, cake with cheese (by the way, did anyone ever see that lass try to rip of Peter Kaye's routine on some talent show, but without any talent, timing or originality?).
Anyone else like it? I bought a strawberry one from a special cheesecake shop in Nottingham today and crikey, it is rich. I feel as if I may explode in an unseemly manner. |

Nottingham has not one, but two specialist cheesecake shops.
One on Mansfield road and the other in a place called Mapperley. £3.50 got me a huge slice of the stuff and I know I'll have to get up to jump in the bath, but I'm still worried about bursting. |

Used to make ma own, although they were only packet mixes from the Co-op, they weren't too bad.
Have had some from the shop on Mansfield Rd, it was gorgeous

I can make a mean cheesecake. Everyone always asks for the lemon honeycomb one but I'm currently experimenting with a chocolate cherry and thinking about a ginger and clementine combo but that might be a little more Christmassy. |
