Ten. One to change it. One to post it on the forum. Eight to reply and debate whether it was done correctly.

We each realise that the bulb looked nothing like its profile pic.

Have you tried a reverse profile picture search? The verifications look dodgy and if I get another darned "Fancy a bit of light?" message from it, I shall use the Block button.

175

1 single woman to say the bulb has gone

19 to offer to 'screw their bulb, hard'

100 guys to offer to do it for them, even though they live the opposite end of the country

5 to point out the thread would have been different had a guy posted it

the same person to say she had changed it

50 members of the sisterhood to say 'well done' and that she did a 'good job' and she doesnt need men.

"Wow well what can I say about this lightbulb, our time together was truly electric, he set me alight with his bayonet screwing technique, we made a connection and my switch was well and truly flicked, til next time.....you lit up my life"

none.

how dare a single lightbulb decide to go. Especially without sending a long details description of how it was to go first, pics of itself from every angle, and prove that it is, in fact ,a single light bulb, and not part of a pair of bulbs thats going without the other bulbs knowledge.

That is the trouble with such dry and insightful wit. It can get lost.

That of course only happens if the light bulb bothers to turn up.

"It was very hard to screw as it was a bayonet."

It wasn't really a bayonet, it just claimed to be but verifications from a variety of screw fitments suggested it was fibbing to get more meets.

One. Everyone refused because the light bulb does bareback, except one person with safe light bulb changing on their profile and who later denied it.

The bulb said it was 40w in its profile

It was only 20w in reality.

Brighton - even Hove!

Well, let's see....one or two to hold the bulb depending on how big it is, another to ask if it's hot and to suggest screwing it in rather than pushing it in, another to take photos and video...another to suggest that when you slide it in, and press the right button, you'll get result you want.
