Well I've survived my first day in 38 years without a cigarette and it hasn't been as bad as I thought. I've got my vapour puffer but to be honest haven't used it as much as I thought I would, its something to just twiddle with

im fine at work although I can nip out to smoke when I want. Its being at home lol. Ive now promised myself a lot of new things and want to help pay for my daughter and family to go to Jamaica so om focusing on that. |

Good work, I'm off them just over 3 years now, I used the money I'd of spent on cigarette's to pay off the finance on my car. Could never have afford it without that money was a great incentive to stay off them.

I too fell off the wagon recently, I'm now vaping (my predictive text offered gaping as an alternative...apt for tarty swingers eh?) and I'm quite happy with a few puffs on that in the evening after work...I've got raspberry, strawberry and melon as well as a tobacco flavoured one...last cig I had was one I bummed off Diamonds in the smoking shelter at the Spa last week  |
