Compensation for prisoners shouldn't be paid but reading more into the story it was the loss of personal effects, irreplaceable photos etc that went missing or were intentionally misplaced. Its a press fill out story although taking personal items into prison should have the same disclaimer Tescos have for parking in their car park. |

I forgot to add, this was all as a result of him stabbing 2 prison guards with a broken bottle...WHILE in prison for 3 murders already..
