Quaker wholegrain half skimmed milk half water
Micro three mins a sprinkle of milled flaxseed blueberries and low gi honey.however hate having to eat it would rather have a big fat juicy bacon sandwich. Cholesterol tells me otherwise tho.
So are you a porridge eater if so how do you have yours? |

Both me and princess like it the same.
Porridge oats with semi skimmed milk and a good squirt of runny hunny and add a few dried fruits (raisins etc).
Whack in microwace until a nice consistency not too runny not too thick.

I make it but have recently seen that there are some ready made packets available and think it's a sacrilege, LOL!
Really easy to make or visit your local Jamaican/Caribbean takeaway and they'll probably have some |
