We are having spicy chicken wings and crayfish tails in home made Marie Rose sauce washed down with cheeky Vimto's.

I can't even consider breakfast until I've been up for and hour - and I'm still in bed and I refuse to budge!

But, if I'm good it will be either smoothie with oats added or porridge.

...gym doesn't open til 10 so i might give that a miss an all lol. So, no need for food just yet although i'm starving!

Well Mr has give me my morning cuppa in bed while we do our fab admin, now we're up and at 'em. He makes the porridge and I stick all the interesting bits in and chop the banana and apple - teamwork
