No matter how much I work out, I'll never be 'big' simply because I just don't have the build, nor do I intend to use steroids, so I simply work hard on my strength and increasing the muscle mass I do have.
My cock still gets more views though. |

I think It's rare to find very muscular men, or for those men to be popular or widely accepted in the swinging scene, in my experience at least.
Easy to be lean or toned, little effort required, but to be genuinely muscled takes years of hard effort. It's great when lady comes along and appreciates that. Xx |

45 mins - 1 hour
5 days a week (mornings for me)
hardly kills of a social life.
not to mention the health benefits you get from it.
Everyones different I guess. |

What's wrong with spending an hour in the gym of an evening. Or lunch break or Any other time of the day. Certainly doesn't detract from my social life. If anything enhances it. If your tired you should try a bit of exercise. Great for boosting serotonin which makes you feel good and energetic. "

As others have said, a good workout should take no more than an hour, I can get mine done in less, so times little excuse. As for not being able to get to the gym, £100 will buy you a good barbell and enough weights to get your started, and costs less than a few months gym membership. |

Yes I don't need bodybuilders, but a bit of definition is lovely, and as I'm quite a strapping girlie myself, I prefer a man who's taller and more strapping than me!
Also helps when they throw me round on the dance floor.

Define 'lazy', as when I used to train in weights gyms, it was very, very common to see average sized guys red faced, soaked with sweat and what muscles they did have bulging with exertion? |

"Train for power and bulk. My ripped lean years are behind me. I'm happy to just keep breaking PB's and fill out a T shirt."
Its actually very easy to gain a lot of size and strength very quickly if you're willing to bulk on lots of calories, I tried it years ago and went up to 15 stone, my biggest ever. I got lots of comments on my size and certainly wasn't 'fat', but didn't have any muscle definition either so dieted down to 12 stone. |

Its harder to maintain a higher weight so thats why many go down to a more easier body weight to maintain as you dont need to eat as much, I was 90kg last year but went down to 80kg as I got more definition now as well . |

Dbol alone would not have built that physique. He used primobolan and decay too, plus trained like a man posessed.
Hard to like Ruhl, as he used so much oil to inflate his muscles. |

You are always the same whinge steroids can't! You do know thats pure bullshit you can build mass if you pt in the work and don't talk about it! None of this home gym shit a proper trainer would make the difference not steroids its your stock excuse for not putting in the effort. |

'Home gym shit' lol, Tommy Kono set Olympic lifting records training in his basement. For the record I certainly do train hard, and frequently, but there are limits to the amount of mass a person can build naturally, try reading some of Casey Butt or Lyle Macdonalds articles sometime, or watching some Jason Blaha videos - prior to steroids, professional strongmen achieved some incredible feats of strength, but they were never particularly big. |

For the record I certainly do train hard, and frequently, but there are limits to the amount of mass a person can build naturally, try reading some of Casey Butt or Lyle Macdonalds articles sometime, or watching some Jason Blaha videos - prior to steroids, professional strongmen achieved some incredible feats of strength, but they were never particularly big."
Witter witter witter steroids this moan moan steroids thats you it is. Well of the 2 of us there is only one who has a fucking clue how to build mass and that aint you. Its not steroids its not working your ass off in a competitive environment get overt your embarrassment and train with people who will help push you which you CAN'T do on your own! |

"No matter how much I work out, I'll never be 'big' simply because I just don't have the build, nor do I intend to use steroids, so I simply work hard on my strength and increasing the muscle mass I do have.
My cock still gets more views though.

So are you gonna address any of the arguments I just made? |

Yeah archangel is coming across pretty harsh and yet I can understand his frustration though about people just assuming anyone with quite a muscular build use steroids.
the amount of times I used to go out into town and have d*unken idiots want to fight me and shouting sted head or juice monkey.
its annoying when its just hard work and good diet.
pushing and passing boundrys in the gym until your body aches.
I respect any man or woman that trains hard and has goals.
results will come.. just a case of never giving up. |

I can see why people who make the effort might get frustrated with those who talk a good game but are full of excuses about why they don't have the results to back up their attitude.
I can also see why those who work hard for results, naturally, would be fucked right off at the suggestion getting big means taking steroids. |

You have made FA arguments relevant to whinging and repeatedly go on over the last year about steroids and spouting shit about them. Well news for you the vast majority don't use them so wake up get it in your head you can put on bulk and get fit without them millions of us do its the excuse merchants that need something to blame. |

Honestly why? Well brian has gone on a dozen threads so far over the last year and insinuates anyone who has put the effort in is on steroids and does it out of jealousy as I see it when a lot of people put a lot of work in. Like on the bullshit thread do you smile ignore or point it out well im pointing right now. |

Wish I had the motivation for the gym. I'm not out of shape or anything, I play football 3 nights a week and do plenty of other sports but the minute I step foot in the gym I feel awkward and bored and just want to leave.
I need a competitive edge to it, which is a shame because I'd love to move from lean to ripped. |

Give me a slim guy please. Not a fan of bulk, neither a meaty body or head. For my taste slim guys have an elegance and grace that muscly or ripped guys don't and look great clothed and naked. Muscly guys can't rock a suit like a slinky hipped chap.
I also like flaws big time and the pursuit of physical perfection (as its viewed on a calvin klein underwear box) is the antithesis of this.
So yey for the slender chap.

Shorter and slim still trumps tall and muscly for me. I like height but it's not a must have |
