anyone want to give up smoking with me

I'm looking for a buddy. After 38 years of smoking I've decided the time has come to give it a serious go. I've ordered an e CIG vapour and when it arrives I'm going to be swapping over. So who wants to kick the habit with me?

I love mine, not had a real fag since. I'm starting to use the lowest nicotine refills as of next week. Can't believe how easy its been. Good luck

can I offer a little advice as I am 78 day cigarette free?
Dont just stop smoking and use the ecig. Keep the cigarettes around but use the vaporiser. When you want a ciggy have one. You will find that if you have the right flavours of juice and the correct mg of nicotine you will start to prefer tge ecig and will just end up not wanting the cigs.
as a guidline if you smoke 10-12 cigs a day go for the 12mg liquid. 20 fags per day 18-24mg liquid.
find a flavour you like and it'll work. I dont like any of the fruits but the menthols and coffees I really like.

I was on 40 a day but went straight to 12mg, I prefer the mint yet never liked menthol fags. I've got packets of tobacco here but can honestly say I have no interest, I've not gained any weight which I'm pleased about.
Well done on 78 days xxx

I switched to vaping two years ago in June and haven't touched a cigarette from the day I started using it. Tried so many times and failed but this worked for me. Good luck!! |
