Trust your nose, cooked chicken smells quite bland and uninteresting, if it's off it'll start to smell a little sweet n sickly. If you're in doubt, file it in B1N |

I've worked in many a kitchen on both sides of the pond. i still ffind myself governed by the American standards. if i don't eat it after one day in the fridge, i bin it. |
