You can get an older one for not a lot repetitively but running costs can be astronomical. A friends dad ended up with 3k bill for a main service with parts.

Was lucky then, it could have cost that much in fuel just to drive to the garage on top of this.

9 to the gallon which is just over 2 miles to the litre
