cramp's a funny old thing, you might have been using different muscles today.

Respect for the running and swimming though.

"Lack of salts and other electrolytes. "

It's rather peculiar....it's not as funny when I get cramp as it is when you get cramp

Because coffee is a diuretic and it dehydrates you, also people don't realise that you sweat more when swimming but don't notice coz you're submerged in water, so the need to drink when swimming is important

However the foot cramps could be due to uneven push off from the wall

Is it the foot that you favour most that's getting cramped? Make sure when you push of wall you place both feet solidly and flat make sure you push off with your quads and not your calf's if you're on tip toe. When you push away

Get closer bend legs more and use both legs.

Keep drinking

Good luck hope this helps

Early one summer morning with the bedroom windows wide open and people in the street going about their business I got cramp in my calf really badly. I shouted to A "rub it" then screamed and hollered a bit then "harder, rub it harder" followed by more shouting then "ah that's better". We got some funny looks from the neighbours when we left for work
