A routine health check this morning showed my weight is down 6kg from a couple of months ago.
Even the surprise blood test didn't bother me after that.
I'm considering going to bed to ensure nothing bad can happen today to spoil it.

It was a surprise because I thought I'd gained back this month what I lost last month. I think I have regained a bit but still being 6kg down was a nice surprise.
I rarely weigh myself at home so I didn't have any idea. |

There's not been much sacrifice to be honest, which is partly why it was a surprise.
I've fallen off the diet wagon badly a couple of times and there haven't been many times I've really missed being able to have something.
I've not been making nearly as much effort as I could so I'm very pleasantly surprised. |
