I'm about to go and have a shower and wash my hair. I'll give myself a scalp massage and use some of my favourite body wash. I'll be sparkly clean, sweet smelling and chilled afterwards.
Hopefully my shoulders and neck will ache a bit less too. |

no I was awake at 3 a.m, so I don't have a problem with enjoying my one day off a week, I have had breakfast - at 5a.m - and lunch at midday, looking froward to dinner thanks don't see why I should have to justify having a glass of wine at a time of my choosing though, but hey ho  |
