i like the cookery threads .. latest fab tip ... zap garlic in microwave to make it easier to peel .. this also works for onions .. hopefully for shallots .. which i think are too much of a faff to bother to use |

Oh I wont name any threads but OMG I have had my eyes opened several times and learnt about a lot of things on these threads  I really have led a sheltered life lol  |
