I've just had a lovely piece of applewood smoked cheddar. Anyone else like different flavours of cheese?

I love Applewood too.

No they're not but it all ends tomorrow with Easter.

I fancy some grilled Halloumi now - squeaky cheese.

Halloumi grilles on garlic bread is amazing!!

Tesco do a halloumi party cheese that's been marinating in sweet chilli, mint, and alsorts of lovely stuff. It's all sliced up ready and is so good toasted on French bread x
