I am attempting to make this for the first time ever. Got all the bits I need. Wish me luck and if you don't see us again, it's due to me blowing up the kitchen.

It's basically mayonnaise, curry powder almonds and raisins with some chicken all bunged together

You can't have coronation chicken without the raisins...it's just basically then curried chicken lol

I'm not a huge fan of them....but they are nice in coronation chicken

Onion. Oxo. Madras powder. Lemon juice. Tomato purée.

Then Mayo. Salad cream. Apricot jam and the chicken.

First part is done and the kitchen is still standing. Just have to wait for it to cool down to do the next bit.

Not sure how it's going to come out though
